Clontarf House is short and medium term accommodation, booked as a whole house. Where a stay is for a guest with disability, only one guest with disability stays at a time, together with their family, friends or support workers if they wish. No one lives at the house permanently. Clontarf House is not a group home, permanent or transitional.
Accommodation is provided by Tom Oates trading as Manly House Group (ABN 15 288 464 005). Where support is arranged through us, it is provided separately by Manly House Group Pty Ltd under its own service agreement.
Submitting an enquiry through this website or our Google Form does not constitute a booking or reservation. All accommodation arrangements are subject to availability and separate agreement.
